    Mouhli Law was founded on the observation that businesses, especially regulated ones, face an ever-growing regulatory burden, and so, it was time for a new kind of law firm – one with a different structure and approach – to emerge.

    At Mouhli Law, we take full advantage of the modern landscape, operating primarily in a digital environment without the traditional and costly office setup. Our focus is on ensuring businesses stay ahead of evolving laws and regulations while keeping legal costs under control.

    In Essence

    Sarra Mouhli specializes in structuring, setting up and advising on both regulated and unregulated investment funds.

    Beyond that expertise, she has a strong background in corporate, finance, and banking law, allowing her to consider cross-practice aspects.

    During her career, she served as the sole funds knowledge lawyer at the Luxembourg office of a Magic Circle firm, a role that required her to be on top of legal and regulatory developments impacting the funds industry.

    Over the past 3 years, she has focused on retail AIFs and set up ELTIFs under both the initial and the revised ELTIF Regulation.

    • 3 years as an Investment Funds Knowledge Lawyer and Legal Technologist at the Luxembourg office of a Magic Circle firm.
    • 3 years in Toronto, Canada, specializing in regulatory compliance in the payment and banking industry.
    • 10+ years of experience in the legal, regulatory, and compliance field.
